Grain producers will finally have a chance today to learn more about ICE futures Canada new futures market.


The new futures and options contracts for spring wheat, durum and barley are based on the new open market for grain becoming a reality, the is excited with what it has to offer.


Brad Vannan is the President of ICE Futures Canada in Winnipeg


“That will represent the Western Canadian market very well and provide farmers with, not only market transparency and price information, but the type of market information that they need to make the the right marketing choices for their own individual farms.”


Vannan says the new futures contracts for grain will be similar to their canola contracts.
