Profits Up at Sask Gaming

The Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation had another solid year financially.

The crown corporation that operates Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw posted a $50 Million profit in 2009, up $2.2 million from 2008.

Half of the money will go to various community and First Nations groups, and another $20 million is paid back to the provincial government through a dividend.

Sask Gaming says gross revenues exceeded $130 million, they entertained 3.3 million guests, and employed more than a thousand people.
