The Town of Gull Lake is looking for the community's input about their drinking water.

Gull Lake Town Administrator, Dawnette Peterson, says The Water Security Agency has told them that the town's water is not meeting the objective for THM and so they need to move forward to meet the guidelines.

The Town is potentially looking at doing some upgrades to the treatment plant, which is 60 years old, and they are looking for some initial input from residents.

They have a survey available asking questions such as: do you purchase bottled water? Do you feel the town' water has an odor or a taste?

Peterson adds that the survey will be available for a couple of weeks, and they are asking residents to take a couple minutes and fill it out.

You can find the survey on the Town of Gull Lake's webpage and on their Facebook page.
