The Saskatchewan Government is supporting three different group are receiving a total of $215,000 in funding aimed to help kids cope with bullies.

Don Morgan Minister of Education feels that the programs help as they bring a diversity of solutions to the issue. Morgan Said,"We should as a society have supports in place so that students can feel free, safe and secure, at home and at school."

The Red Cross will be running a program that will train school division personnel to incorporate strategies that will reduce bullying and allow students to create healthy relationships. fYrefly Saskatchewan supports school divisions to better understand and respond to the needs of gender and sexually diverse students.The Saskatoon Restorative Action Program gives students the opportunity to gain confidence, build leadership skills and participate with in there own city in a positive way.

Starting in 2013 the province has been supporting these three groups with approximately $630,000 as part of the governments plan to address bullying and Cyberbullying.
