Despite not having any access for almost nine years, the Canadian beef industry is hitting the ground running with beef exports to South Korea, according to the Chair of Canada Beef.
Brad Wildeman says they've maintained a presence in Korea since the border closed in 2003.
He notes Korea is one of the only Asian countries that prefers beef to pork.
