CWB Court Case Date Set

 

A hearing date has been set for the friends of the Canadian Wheat Board court case against the federal government. The group is arguing Ottawa cannot eliminate the single desk without conducting a producer plebiscite.

Legal Counsel Anders Bruun explains lawyers from both sides have discussed the proceedings.

 

 The hearing will result in a ruling from a federal court judge.
