A key question for producers as they look at the proposed changes coming for the Canadian Wheat Board is what if any impact will it have on producer car operations.
Elwin Hermanson the Chief Commissioner for the Canadian Grain Commission, says the right of farmers to use producer cars to ship grain to terminal remains in place.
Hermanson says farmers will have to determine if there is still a financial advantage in using producer cars.
