Bill C-18, the legislation to remove the Canadian Wheat Board's single desk monopoly on grain sales, is now back in the House of Commons for third reading.

Farmers of North America were one of many farm groups who presented at the Parliamentary Committee reviewing the bill last week. Bob Friesen with FNA says they have struck a task force, where they will make sure they can serve their members well after this policy change.

Friesen says the task force will look at facilitating producer car shipments, and how much money from marketing the product will end up in farmers' pockets.
