The Swift Current 57's were looking to keep their win streak going and host the Sylvan Lake Gulls for the first time, but Mother Nature had other plans.

Wednesday's game was postponed just an hour before first pitch with rainfall and strong, gusty winds in the forecast for most of the evening. No make-up date has been announced.

This is the third rainout for the 57's this season with one of those games made up in their doubleheader against Weyburn on Tuesday.

The 57's host the Okotoks Dawgs Thursday at 7:05pm from Mitchell Field, and weather conditions are expected to be dry and calm with temperatures in the 20s that evening.
