The Swift Current 57’s are back in Regina tonight to take on the Red Sox as their seven-game road trip continues.

The 57’s beat the Red Sox 12-4 on Monday night and are 2-2 in four games in the season series so far. Swift Current will visit Weyburn on Friday before returning home to face Regina again on Saturday.

In the WCBL Tuesday night, Moose Jaw beat Weyburn 5-4 and Medicine Hat beat Fort McMurray 7-3.

In the Sask-Alta league tonight, the Maple Creek Mohawks head up to Cabri to take on the River Rats.

Jays beat Astros after sending Manoah to minors

Kevin Gausman threw a career-high 13 strikeouts and George Springer, Bo Bichette and Daulton Varsho went deep as the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Houston Astros 5-1 Tuesday night.

Earlier in the day, the Jays optioned right-hander Alek Manoah to the Florida Complex League. A Cy Young finalist last season, Manoah has struggled in the first two months of the season with a 1-7 record and has issued an American League-leading 42 walks.

Chris Bassitt starts for the Jays against Ronel Blanco tonight as the four-game series continues at Rogers Centre.

NBA Finals resume tonight

The NBA Finals shift to South Beach tonight with the Miami Heat hosting the Denver Nuggets and the series tied at a game apiece. The eighth-seeded Heat evened up the series with a come-from-behind 111-108 win over the top-seeded Nuggets on Sunday in Denver.
