Home sales in Shaunavon have seen a decent increase in 2021 according to Access Real Estate in Shaunavon.

In 2021 Liz Spetz said they sold 50 pieces of property in comparison with 21 the year before. "We're starting to see that our prices are kind of coming into line, that maybe people  were a little optimistic with their asking price. They've dropped that slightly, not a huge amount because of the quality of the homes, but we're seeing that a lot of our homes are selling closer to their asking price."

Spetz added that sales are up due to both people upgrading their homes, and new people moving to the community.

Home sales  in Eastend went from around 8 in previous years to about 15 in 2021.

And in Frontier/Climax they sold about 6 houses in comparison with other years where they have usually sold around 3 or 4.

Spetz says that rentals in Shaunavon are up across the board as well with affordable prices drawing more people to the community.
