Accused Bank Robber Appears in Court

The man accused in an armed robbery at Swift Current's TD Canada Trust on January 7th was back in a Moose Jaw Courtroom Tuesday.

Twenty-four-year-old Devin Wade Bellhumer is also facing charges in connection with another robbery at the TD Bank in Moose Jaw on January 10th.

Moose Jaw Crown Prosecutor Rob Parker says they have also received information that there is a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 11th in Lethbridge, Alberta, for a similar type of robbery offence in that city.

Bellhumer was remanded in custody for another court appearance February 8th.
