The United States military assisted in the hunt, providing aircraft and sophisticated detection equipment to locate the remains of what was generally believed to be a Soviet spy satellite. Joyal says police stormed into his business last night and ended up levying six fines. Each summons carries a $540 fine.
Joyal says he won’t pay it. He hopes to rally public support for his cause. Joyal says it's outrageous the smoking ban is enforced in his establishment, and not down the road at the Bear Claw Casino.
