A lengend from Canada's folk music scene will entertain a crowd at the Lyric Theatre tonight.

Blenders is presenting the artist who has won three separate Juno awards for Best Roots & Traditional Album.

Organizer Shann Gowan says tonight's audience is in for a treat.

"Oh, I've listened to Dave Francey's music for many years. He's been around forever and he really, really is worth seeing. Everybody should come buy a ticket and come check them out them out tonight."
