There are more chances for students at Briercrest College and Seminary. The provincial government has now approved the school in Caronport to grant Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and History.
It's another degree that Briercrest is now able to offer after being granted degree status just two years ago. Prior to this, only the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina had the authority to grant degrees, other than theological.
Briercrest will be able to provide a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in History effective July 1st.
