Music's biggest night lived up to its billing as the 60th Annual Grammy Awards took place Sunday night in New York City. Here are the big winners of the night, including a history-making moment for Canada.

Best New Artist - Alessia Cara

The 21-year-old from Brampton, Ontario became the first Canadian-born singer to win a Grammy for Best New Artist and was one of four Canadian Grammy winners on Sunday (The Weeknd, Barbara Hannigan, and the late Leonard Cohen).
