There are two local projects on the go for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.

Troy LaForge is the coordinator for the projects at Wymark and north of the city near the lone tree. Two farmers have each donated the use of a quarter section of land to grow wheat for the hungry.

He says the Canadian Foodgrains Bank represent the co-operation of many different groups in the area.

LaForge says if a farmer is willing to lend a hand for the projects, to please call Travis Uteck 741-5756.
