City Council will have a lot to cover tonight in their regular meeting.

Shawna Smuk from the Rec and Parks Dept will attend to proclaim the month of June, Rec and Parks Month, as well as Tracey Stevenson and Lenora Bells will discuss Frontier Days this coming weekend.

Council will also look at a number of bylaws, including mill rate factors, a special levy for the Regional Hospital, permanent street closures, water and sewer rates, as well as a few others will receive first and in some cases second and third readings.

There will also be a few reports regarding the Chinook Golf Course Pedestrian Bridge, Correction of Motion surrounding new city boundaries, subsidized bus partnership and a report regarding a scale operator contract.

The meeting gets started tonight at 6:30 in council chambers.
