In Swift Current Provincial Court yesterday a man facing a number of drug-related charges made an appearance.

Nathan Mangaard, whose charges include possession of hydromorphone, possession of morphine, possession of break-in tools, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and being the occupant of a vehicle in which he knew there was a prohibited device, had his case pushed back until October 3, when he'll appear by video link.

Mangaard remains in custody.

He was arrested in Swift Current with Joseph Hack on June 22 in what police said was a stolen car with a gun and silencer in it.

Hack's trial is set for March 4 in Swift Current Provincial Court.
