The past few days have been deadly in Saskatchewan, with five people dying in five separate incidents.

     On Thursday night, a 21-year-old woman was killed just north of Estevan on Highway 47 when her car slid on the icy road and hit a truck head-on.

     Then on Friday, a 17-year-old youth from Flaxcombe was killed on Highway 7 near Rosetown.  The car he was a passenger in slid into a semi when another car tried to pass.

     That same day, a 50-year-old man was killed in a collision on Highway 1, just west of Moose Jaw.

     In Kerrobert, in west central Saskatchewan, a 25-year-old man died after collapsing at a recreational hockey game on Friday night.

     On Saturday, a 32-year-old man from Regina died when his snowmobile hit a pick-up truck on Last Mountain Lake.  Another man was injured in that accident.
