Tyson Francis Hall appeared in court this morning for a bail hearing.

Hall is facing 7 charges including impaired driving causing death,  dangerous driving causing death, driving while disqualified and failing to remain at an accident.

Crown Prosecutor Steve Kritzer says Hall is being released on strict conditions.

Hall was placed under a 24 hour curfew  and ordered to attend the Pinelodge Centre in Indian Head.

Hall's next court appearance will take place on February 1st.

A publication ban has been issued on the evidence relating to the case.
