With the changing of the seasons comes a change in programming at the Stockade building.

Swift Current Community Services Division has released the updated programming set being made available to the public this week. All of these programs will be taking place in the Stockade building in Kinetic Park. 

First up on the list of family-oriented fun is Walking for Wellness and Tots Play. These both run Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., as well as Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

Folks who are unable to make it out in the mornings can catch the afternoon installments on Monday - Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The stockade building will also be opening up for Drop-in Pickleball, with sessions open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m. 

Chair Yoga is going to operate from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Tuesdays. The class cost $2 per person. 

One for new and expecting mothers that has been added in for the year is the Pre and Post Pregnancy exercise class. Set up to allow parents to enjoy light stretching with their young kids while encouraging older kids to join in at the Tots Play program. It will run from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., starting on October 26, and running for six weeks. The program costs $30. Online registration opens today on the City of Swift Current website
