A survey conducted by Wildlife Habitat Canada shows farmers are open to implementing environmentally sound land management practices.

President David Brackett says nearly 80 per cent of respondents said proper financial incentives would convince them to move forward with a project.

Brackett says the overall message from the survey is producers are willing to be part of the solution when it comes to conserving wildlife habitat.

He adds the key will be bringing economic, social, and environmental sustainability together.
