The 7th Annual Kids' Harvest Festival is set to go tonight at Alpine Church of God in Swift Current with lots of food, games and activities for children as old as 12.

Organizer Jack Peters says the event is a safe and fun place for young children to go to at Halloween, with about 17 activities that the kids can take part in, including games for children six years and under, who must be accompanied by an adult, and thousands of dollars in prizes to be won.

Peters says kids are encouraged to bring a Toonie donation for the Women's Safe Shelter, and adds the doors open at 6:00pm and close at 7:30pm.

Ken Audette talked with Jack Peters about the Kids' Harvest Festival on the Country Music Radio Morning Show.
