A man facing many charges has been granted bail.
After his court appearance yesterday morning in Swift Current Provincial Court via video appearance, 21-year-old Clayton Joseph Hilmoe was given bail.
Included in his charges are importation of a prohibited weapon, smuggling items into Canada, break and enter, and trafficking methamphetamine.

His release will be finalized tomorrow when he appears in Swift Current Provincial Court at 1:30 p.m.
After a show cause hearing, he was given strict conditions to abide by while out on bail that includes:
- Allowing his residence to be searched for weapons or drugs.
- Agreeing to electronic monitoring.
- No access to electronic communications devices other than to communicate with a probation officer.
- To not leave his residence unless allowed by his probation officer.
- No alcohol or drugs.
- Consult with a psychologist.
- Take any prescription medication as instructed.
