For the third time this season, the Swift Current Indians have defeated the rival, Medicine Hat Mavericks, in WMBL action.

The Mavericks scored three runs early to take the lead but a five-run fourth inning put the Indians in the lead.

The Tribe received a good night from their support staff as D.K Targerson was 3 for 4 at the plate with 3 RBI's and Colin Olfert was 3 for 4 at the plate with an RBI.

Newly acquired pitcher, Jeremy Hickman, had the win on the mound while Thomas Rafferty picked up another save.  Rafferty has closed out the ballgame the last three outings.

The Tribe will host Regina Saturday night at Mitchell Field.  They will also unveil a new-look 2nd jersey that night.  Game-time at 7:05pm
