Its back to the bargaining table for Pioneer Co-op representatives and the Employees Union.

Back in May of this year, a strike vote was held which saw 95% of employees in favor of strike action.

Paul Guillet, Union Representative for the Co-op, says the second meeting took place this past Thursday. He adds that another meeting has been requested with the Co-op’s representatives sometime in the near future.

If a new deal can’t be reached in the future, strike action could take place at 12 different Pioneer Co-op locations around the Southwest.
