The Summer Reading Program, "Quest For Heroes" was a huge success this summer.

Children throughout Swift Current have found adventure all through the summer at the Swift Current Library.

The 2006 Summer Reading Program, "Quest For Heroes" drew over 1,000 people throughout the summer. Librarian, Manisha Khetarpal, says the feedback has been all positive.

Parents have been thrilled with the results as well, saying their kids looked forward to the events and they enjoy reading together even more now.

A total of just over 4,700 books were read throughout the summer.

There are many events continuing in September and October as well. For information, contact the Library.
