That will be the focus of presentations around southwest Saskatchewan this week.
Brenda Fredrickson was picked by the Royal Canadian Legion to tour many historical war sights in Europe in 2009 and she will share her experiences in a number of communities.
Fredrickson will make a public presentation at the Shaunavon Legion Hall Tuesday night at 7:30, and will also speak to school students in Shaunavon, Eastend, Frontier and Gull Lake.
