The Swift Current Library has a new social media project underway, where they are asking residents, business leaders, and people around the province what their favourite book was from 2014.
"It doesn't need to be a new book necessarily, it can be an old book from fiction to non-fiction or any kind of book, just what you've been reading last year, and what was your favourite one," said Library Clerk Jordan Dewar. "When we have all of the information that we need from people, we're going to order in those books and display them around the library with a little blurb underneath, and people can take them out if they want."
"I am getting a response fairly soon from Brad Wall the Premier, and also I received a letter in the mail from Prime Minister Stephen Harper saying what his favourite book was," Dewar added.
