Wymark’s Keagon Little had three points including the game-winning goal in Estevan’s 4-3 win over Melfort on Tuesday to cut the Mustangs’ SJHL playoff series lead to 2-1.

Little, the Bruins' captain, has a goal and four points in three playoff games and scored 12 goals and 62 points in the regular season. The Bruins host game four of the best-of-seven series tonight. 

Meanwhile, Kian Bell had a hat trick to lead the defending champion Battlefords North Stars to a 5-3 win over the Melville Millionaires. The Stars lead the series 3-0 and can complete the sweep with a win tonight in Melville.

Also, the Flin Flon Bombers are a win away from a sweep in their series after a 5-2 road win over the Kindersley Klippers, and the Weyburn Red Wings beat the Humboldt Broncos 5-3 to cut their series deficit to 2-1. Game four of both series is also tonight in Kindersley and Weyburn.

Blazers sweep Pat-C's to capture SMAAAHL title

Lee Shurgot had two goals and an assist and Raiden Zacharias added a goal and two helpers as the Saskatoon Blazers completed a sweep of the Regina Pat Canadians with a 5-3 win in game three of the SMAAAHL final at SaskTel Centre on Tuesday.

The Blazers captured their second straight league championship and will advance to the Telus Cup West Regional Tournament in Winnipeg next week.

Hyman gets OT winner as Oilers beat Jets

Zach Hyman scored his 51st goal of the season 1:22 into overtime to lift the Edmonton Oilers to a 4-3 win over the Winnipeg Jets Tuesday night at Canada Life Centre. Leon Draisaitl, Connor Brown and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins also scored for the Oilers, who snapped a two-game losing streak while handing the Jets a fourth-straight loss.

Meanwhile, Sam Montembeault made 27 saves as the Montreal Canadiens snapped Colorado's nine-game winning streak with a 2-1 win over the Avalanche, Jason Dickinson scored twice as Chicago beat Calgary 3-1 and Nico Hischier had a goal and two assists as New Jersey doubled up Toronto 6-3.

There are only two games in the NHL tonight with Buffalo hosting Ottawa and Tampa Bay welcoming Boston.
