Two more southwest skaters were taken in the SJHL Bantam Draft, this time back-to-back in the fifth round.

Defenceman Wyatt Wilson was taken 55th overall by the Kindersley Klippers. The Swift Current-born Wilson spent his bantam draft-eligible year in Abbotsford, B.C. at Yale Hockey Academy’s Bantam Prep Team.

The 6-foot-2, 192-pound blueliner posted nine points (1 G, 8 A) in 25 games, en route to being the 116th overall selection by the Lethbridge Hurricanes in last month's WHL Bantam Draft.

Then, just one pick later (56th overall), Bantam AA Broncos forward Keagon Little was picked by the Humboldt Broncos. The Wymark product put up 26 points (7 G, 19 A) in just 15 regular season games this past year.

The tally currently sits at five Bantam AA Broncos selected in the SJHL Bantam Draft, and six southwest prospects overall including Wilson.
