The current Saskatchewan driver's licenses will be replaced, starting in 2011.

The new, one-part, five-year driver's license and identification card will replace the existing two-part license, which consists of a photo identification card and paper certificate.

Customers will be able to pay $100 for the license at the time of renewal, or they can opt to pay $25 per year.

Saskatchewan last changed its driver's license in 2001.
