Since approximately 2:00pm, police have been at the scene of what is still an unclear situation ongoing with many officers present with guns drawn on Central Ave S and South Railway St. E.

As of 8:00pm, many onlookers are in the area however police are diligent in ensuring nothing is photographed or videotaped and later posted on social media.
