Premier, and Swift Current MLA Brad Wall announced this week that Sakatchewan will be sending two tankers, three airplanes and three dozen personnel to help efforts fighting wildfires in British Columbia.

Wall said Saskatchewan isn't in need of these services at this time. However, if those circumstances were to change, the aircrafts and crews would be able to return in a timely manner.

British Columbia has declared a state of emergency with the wildfires continuing to spread around the province.
