Today we had Swift Current Mayor Jerrod "Shotgun" Schafer come by the studio for his bi-weekly visit. Of course the Mayor and City Council teamed up with us for the Cowtown Showdown. Unfortunately, the Mayor is falling behind in the votes, so if you think he's the best-dressed cowboy, click the Cowtown Showdown link and vote for him. We did talk business of course... We discussed a couple of items from Monday's City Council meeting and Director of Engineering Mac Forster, who is retiring after 32 years with the city.
