The 17th Annual MS Walk is all set to go this Sunday in Eastend. It all kicks off today with a barbecue in the Eastend Town Square from 11:30 until 1:30. All proceeds from the barbecue will go to the MS Walk.
Walk Coordinator, Bonnie Gleim, says over the past 16 years Eastend`s MS Walk has raised close to $350,000 for MS research and client services. Last years Walk saw 80 people taking part, raising a total of $30,000.
Registration will take place this Sunday at one o`clock at the Eastend Rink. The MS Walk will begin at two.
