The Swift Current 57's jumped out to an early five-run lead in the Queen City on Wednesday night but it wasn't enough for a victory.

Regina plated multi-run innings in the third, fourth, and sixth innings to complete the comeback and knock off Swift Current 10-6.

Third basemen Logan Grant had himself a game at the plate for the 57's in the defeat going 3-for-5 with two RBIs, a run scored, and a stolen base. While second baseman Thomas Collins also had a three-hit performance, scored two runs, and swiped a base.

Langley's Zac Laird was saddled with the loss for Swift Current surrendering just one earned run in two and one-third innings of work. He struck out five of the nine batters he faced.

The two teams will resume their five-game set on Friday night back in Swift Current with the Red Sox currently holding a 2-1 edge.
