The Saskatchewan Party is accusing Opposition Leader Dwain Lingenfelter of "double-dipping" by earning a government pension on top of his MLA salary.

They say, when Lingenfelter initially retired and moved to Alberta, he received a pension for his 22 years in politics.  He is still getting that pension, even though he's back in the Legislature.

Lingenfelter argues that he tried suspending the payments, but was told he couldn't.  He's also upset that the Brad Wall government is trying to make political fodder out of his private finances.
