Saskatchewan A Destination For Tourists

Tourism Swift Current has been holding their Annual General Meeting and Conference for the past two days at the Sky Centre.

The event has featured numerous guest speakers, displays, and presentations from business people and tourist attractions around southwest Saskatchewan.

One of Thursday mornings' speakers was Jonathon Potts, Director of Marketing for Tourism Saskatchewan.  He says Saskatchewan has been, and continues to be, a destination for tourists and travellers from far and wide:

Potts says one of the keys to growing tourism in the southwest is for the entire region to work together, adding there are many passionate people in southwest Saskatchewan and with people like that, the area can continue to attract tourists from all over the world.
