More mouths to feed, more kids in our schools, and more people calling Saskatchewan home.
The new population figures from Statistics Canada show our population has gone up by more than 5,000 people in the first quarter of 2014.
We now have 1,122,588 people living in Saskatchewan as of April 1st and that works out to 21,180 more people in the past year.
