Not everyone in Saskatchewan is happy with this week's provincial budget.

SEIU-West says the budget falls short in funding in many areas.

President Barb Cape says there are problems with provincial health care that the budget has not addressed:

Cape says it's a pre-election budget that falls short in some areas and people need to keep that in mind when politicians are on the campaign trail this fall.

"The current budget does not address how much money is going to private surgical operations," said Cape. "It's not necessarily going into the public health care system, and people need to be aware of that. "

Cape adds she would have like to have seen another 4 - 5% invested in health care.
