| It’s a possible telephone scam that Shaunavon RCMP wish to make the public aware of. At least one person in Shaunavon has received a telephone solicitation asking for donations for the two fallen RCMP officers from Spiritwood. Sergeant Rowland Schmidt says the RCMP do not solicit funds in this manner. He says there is a trust fund available if you wish to make donations to the officers families.
