Salem Lutheran Church in Shaunavon, with assistance from New Life Victory Church, is compiling a list of individuals in Shaunavon who like like to receive a Christmas Hamper.

"It's a hamper of food for people that are struggling at this time of year," said Kim Anderson from Salem Lutheran Church. "It's a complete Christmas dinner plus a bunch of extras and some treats for the kids, and some toys if they have kids as well."

If you know of someone in need this holiday season, you are asked to forward their names by phoning 306-297-2525 and leave a message, you can send a text to 306-297-7919 or e-mail salemlc@sasktel.net. The deadline to submit names is December 6th.

Donation boxes are located at various businesses in Shaunavon.
