The murder that rocked the community of Rosetown is now before the court.

     Twenty-three-year-old Greg Ross Edward Jones of Rosetown answered to a second-degree murder charge in connection with the death of 64-year-old Delbert Stephenson.

     Stephenson's body was found early Tuesday morning in a ditch near Highway 7 east.  He had family in the Swift Current area, and his funeral will be held in the city on July 4th.

     Jones appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court briefly yesterday, and was remanded into police custody until his next appearance on July 14th in Rosetown.
