Swift Current will be the hosts of Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada in 2019, with four days filled with events to celebrate our game from February 6 to 9.

Along with a free outdoor festival at Riverdene Park and the Swift Current Broncos hosting the Saskatoon Blades on Feb 9, the week will also include:

- "The Music of Hockey Day" hosted by Ron MacLean with performances by the Hunter Brothers, Bryan Trottier and more at the Living Sky Casino Events Centre on Feb 6.

- Hockey Day in Canada Banquet at the Stockade Building on Feb 7 hosted by Sportsnet's Ken Reid and Evanka Osmak with guests Ron MacLean, Don Cherry and the Stanley Cup.

- The NHL Declaration of Principles Breakfast with Andrew Ference on Feb 8 at the Stockade.

- The Alumni/Celebrity Classic at the Innovation Credit Union iplex featuring former Broncos and NHL alumni like Travis Moen, Trent McCleary, Chris Neil and Chris Phillips.

- A cabaret following the alumni game with performances from the Hunter Brothers, Deep Dark Woods, Tara Slone, Kim Stockwood and many, many more.

Robin Wall and Chris Keleher from the Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada Committee joined Colin on the Magic Morning Show to talk about these events.

Tickets for the "Music of Hockey Day" event, the banquet and the Declaration of Principles breakfast are available at City Hall and Pharmasave, while tickets for the alumni game, cabaret and Broncos game can be purchased at the Stable.
