The 45th Annual Telemiracle goes this weekend at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon.

Telemiracle is organized by the Kinsmen, Kinettes and Kin Clubs of Saskatchewan with all proceeds going to the Kinsmen Foundation, which provides specialized mobility and medical equipment to people and organizations throughout the province, as well as travel assistance for residents in need of medical treatment outside their community.

The hosts for this year's Telemiracle, which include Andrea Menard, Brad Johner, and Beverley Mahood, will be on stage live but, for safety reasons, the majority of the musical entertainment and donor presentations will be pre-taped or linked live from other locations. There will not be an in-studio audience.

This Saturday evening at 6:15 p.m. the pre-show Countdown to Telemiracle, will be live streamed on telemiracle.com, and the 20 hour telethon broadcast itself gets underway at 9:00 p.m. on Saskatchewan's CTV stations. It will air around the clock until Sunday afternoon at five.

Last year Telemiracle raised $5,523,472.
