In the November 10 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of 121 new confirmed cases of the virus in the province.

Of those 121 new cases, there are 7 in the Far North West zone, 2 in the Far North East zone, 15 in the North West zone, 11 in the North Central zone, 30 in the Saskatoon zone, 1 in the Central West zone, 9 in the Central East zone, 8 in the Regina zone, 4 in the South Central zone, and 18 in the South East zone.

There are 6 new confirmed cases in the South West zone - 3 in the South West subzone 1, and 3 in the South West subzone 2.

There are 10 new cases with pending residence information.

Fourteen new cases with pending residence information have been assigned as follows - 1 to the Far North East zone, 2 to the North West zone, 5 to the North Central zone, and 6 to the Central East zone.

One case was removed (reason not specified) from the North Central zone.

Almost two-fifths (38.8%) of new cases are in the 11 years and under category.

About two-fifths (41.9%) of new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) were fully vaccinated.

The seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases is 138 (11.5 new cases per 100,000 population).

That brings the provincial total number of cases to 79,030, of which 1,374 are considered active.

There are 31 active cases in the South West zone - 16 in South West subzone 1, and 15 in South West subzone 2.

There are 4 new deaths reported, 1 of them in the South West zone, bringing the provincial total number of deaths to 878.

There were 166 recoveries reported, 4 of those in the South West zone, bringing the provincial total number of recoveries to 76,778.

There are 187 people in the hospital - 135 receiving inpatient care, and 52 in intensive care.

Of those 187 patients, 118 (63.1%) were not fully vaccinated.

There are 14 Saskatchewan residents in out of the province ICU's.

The SHA has notified the Chinook School Division of 2 new COVID-19 cases at the Hazlet School, moving that school to an outbreak status.

To date, 1,245,057 COVID-19 tests have been processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, there were 1,749 COVID-19 tests processed in the province.

Of the 14,637 variants of concern cases identified by whole genome sequencing in Saskatchewan, 7,123 are Alpha (B.1.1.7), 10 are Beta (B.1.351), 484 are Gamma (P.1), and 7,020 are Delta (B.1.617.2).

There were 2,532 COVID-19 vaccines administered yesterday, 65 of those in the South West zone.

That brings the provincial total number of vaccinations given to 1,691,524.

And there are now 812,978 Saskatchewan residents who are fully vaccinated.
