Warm air and plenty of sunshine have improved crop development and crop conditions across most of the province.

Sask Ag and Food’s weekly crop report showing fall-seeded crops are in excellent condition right now with over 80% of spring cereal crops in good to excellent condition.

Flax, Canola, and Pulse crops are also doing very well.

Areas previously rated as surplus for topsoil moisture conditions have improved significantly from the spring. 80% of reports rated cropland topsoil moisture as adequate.
