Two power outages today are being planned by City Light & Power in Swift Current's Highland subdivision.
The outages will occur in the area north of Colonel Otter Drive and west of 11th Avenue NW, with the first outage scheduled for 9:00am and the second occuring between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
The City says these outages are necessary to perform regular maintenance.
